Teaching Plan Presentation Contest
‘Teaching plan presentation’ is a relatively common teaching and research method for teachers to study textbooks and discuss teaching. In order to improve the teaching quality of young teachers in the Senior High Department of our school, better understand and implement the concept of the new curriculum standard, promote the professional growth of teachers and ensure the further improvement of the quality of school teaching, according to the requirements of the school, on 29th and 30th of June, the Senior High Department held a ‘teaching plan presentation’ competition in the lecture hall to build a platform for young teachers to showcase their talents.
Specifically, school and department leaders Liu Bing, Qian Zhihong, Liu Qiongdan, Xu Haihong, Xu Zuitai, Jiang Shengyou, Wang Yinchai and the leaders of the teaching and research groups of the Senior High Department served as judges, who assigned points according to PPT (30 points), paper manuscript (30 points) and lecture (40 points). More than 20 young teachers from the Senior High Department who were born in 1985 or later participated in the competition, who prepared meticulously and presented wonderful lessons, demonstrating the solid basic teaching skills of the young teachers in the Senior High Department of our school.
